Quickly Moving...

Things seem to be moving quickly with picking up a few orders and working on a Christening Gown set.  I've updated my spring/summer scarf items and am now making them in cotton...which makes perfect sense for this time of the year.

I am finding myself more and more attracted to the bright unlimited colors that are out there.  I'm constantly searching the sales bins, pattern piles, experimenting with new fibers and I end up overwhelmed with wanting to attack all that I see and love!!  Who would have thought that crocheting could be all that...but it is.

I LOVE Shrugs!

I'm telling you, almost everyday I feel like heading in a new direction with crocheting!  I love it.  I made this shrug last night and now I'm in love with it.  My mind is racing with new colors and tweaks and beading and more textures...I'm excited to say the least.  This is a simple, versatile Sand colored Shrug.  It's cute as all get out and really...you should have one in your closet.  This would look great with a white tee and a pair of jeans.  This will come in Small/Medium, Large/XLarge and possibly plus sizes.  I hope you like.  Message me if you're interested in other colors.

April 2nd and counting down.  I am 2 cozies away from finishing up an order and what seems like a million more items... scarves, hats, boleros and fishnet gloves away from Mother's Day!  I'm a little overwhelmed at the possible projects I'd like to undertake for this holiday, but for the time being...I'll start with this sweetheart -

It's so hard to believe that Easter has come and gone.  Spring (to me) is finally here.  I'm excited to see new greens, new leaves, flowers come to life!!

I'm home from eating pineapple dressing and lemon cake with sticky icing and am now plugging faithfully away at my blog.  I will attempt to get a few of the tabs filled in with the items I create to give you a quick view of my work.  In the meantime, you can click on the banner which will take you directly to my Etsy shop link.  I love it there.  :)
